This research was conducted to identify the determinants of SME's performance as well as look at the underlying conditional factors. Researchers examine the direct effect of product innovation on SME's performance and consider the moderating role of market orientation and organizational learning. Using the quantitative method, the researchers conducted a survey of 170 SME owners in DKI Jakarta Province who were selected using a purposive sampling method. This survey was conducted online by distributing questionnaires through an online platform. The data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Model with AMOS and Process by Hayes. The results of hypothesis testing show that product innovation has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs, and this effect will be stronger when SMEs have high market orientation and high organizational learning. This research can be used as a reference by owners or managers of SME to advance their businesses. SME need to innovate products and form a conducive climate in market-oriented organizations, as well as a climate that allows them to carry out organizational learning.

Quality is a factor to increase the competitiveness of a product. By increasing quality, the production costs will be reduced, thus it will eventually reduce waste. The failure of a product can be caused by the availability of raw materials, machines, equipment, human resources, and environmental factors during the production process. Quality control is a method used to keep the product needed by the market to be within controlled limits. This study aims to determine the quality of Tempe SS products at the Sirajussa’adah Islamic Boarding School in Limo Depok. It is carried out to see whether the quality is still within control limits or not by using the Six Sigma method with several stages of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) implementation. In this research, calculations are carried out using the checksheet, flow chart, histogram, Pareto Hart, control, scatter diagram and fishbone diagram methods of production. Based on the results, it can be concluded that for 25 times the study, it is obtained the value of the center line (CL) of 0.0036, the value of the upper control limit (UCL) of 0.0050, and the value of the lower control limit (LCL) of 0. It is also found that there are a number of variations in the process that are outside the control limit (out of control) and within the control limit (in control) in the production process of Tempe SS at the Sirajussa Islamic Boarding School in Limo Depok. However, this is still inadequate for the fermentation process infrastructure, equipment for packaging is still manual and environmental factors determine the cause of the number of defective products.

Samples in this study are daily stock return data and return data on stocks of IHSG, DJIA, SSEC, and N225. The Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) model is used to analyze data. The results show that in IHSG and SSEC, there was no The Day Of The Week Effect. The DJIA and N225 were found in The Day of the Week Effect. The Month of the Year Effect was found in IHSG, DJIA, SSEC, and N225.

This study aims to determine the effect of business diversification on stock prices by mediating company performance, represented by the variable ROE and EPS in a fluctuating coal price situation. The data used are 16 companies engaged in coal mining in Indonesia and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2012 to 2019. Using two analysis methods: path analysis to examine direct and indirect relationships between variables and different tests to see differences in the performance of companies that diversify and do not diversify. The results showed that coal commodity prices had a significant positive effect on stock prices and indirectly, through ROE and EPS, had a significant positive impact on stock prices. Business diversification directly has a significant negative impact on stock prices and indirectly through EPS positively affects stock prices. Business diversification provides a substantial difference to EPS and does not provide a significant difference to ROE.
