2026 is year to date. Crossref and OpenAlex lifetime charts share a citation scale. Unknown observations appear as gaps; known zero stays zero. Annual receipts use available OpenAlex histories and may not sum to lifetime totals. 0 undated publications excluded from publication-year charts.
Crossref citation coverage: 2 / 2 publications (100.0%). Latest observation: 21 Oct 2026, 07:22 UTC. Means and percentages use records with known counts.
DOI-matched OpenAlex observations for the same selected publications. These counts are separate from Crossref and are never added together.
Observation range: 21 Oct 2026 07:23 UTC — 22 Oct 2026 02:01 UTC. Missing matches are not zero citations. Previous observations may remain if a refresh fails or a DOI no longer matches.
OpenAlex affiliations and primary-topic classification. Each publication counts once per institution or country; multi-affiliated publications appear in multiple groups, so percentages can sum above 100%. Countries describe author affiliations, not nationality. Topics use one primary topic per publication.

Incoming citations to the selected publications, grouped by the year of the citing work. This is separate from lifetime citation totals grouped by the cited article’s publication year.
The publication filters above define which articles receive the citations. The citation-year range below only controls this chart and the incoming-citation comparison. Removing publication-year filters includes older articles’ incoming citations too.

This research explores conservation practices at Borobudur, one of Indonesia's prominent heritage sites, and comprehends collaborative conservation strategies that preserve cultural heritage amidst rising tourist pressures. We employ a qualitative approach that incorporates narrative methods, in-depth interviews, triangulation, and observation. Furthermore, we used a thematic examination to achieve a deeper understanding of the data. The findings emphasize the necessity for mutual understanding and collaboration among stakeholders. The study highlights the challenges faced by disadvantaged groups, tour operator firms, pilgrim tourist services, and Taman Wisata Candi (TWC), which have the authority to provide service. So, BKB, the responsible institution, has to encourage parties to collaborate on actions respectively. This study contributes to tourism service theory by offering strategic guidance to mitigate the adverse effects of conservation policies on stakeholders. It underscores the importance of collaborative efforts and tailored strategies.
Traditional lifestyles, including the transmission of cultural knowledge and customs, are often disrupted by urbanisation. The decision to conduct this study was influenced by the alarming loss of cultural knowledge and practices, which were disturbed by urbanisation. The objective of this study was to explore how urbanisation affects the generational transfer of cultural practices and knowledge within Vhavenda communities. The Vhavenda people hold valuable traditional indigenous knowledge and practices that should be preserved and passed down to the younger generation. A qualitative narrative enquiry approach was used, and interview data were analysed to identify recurring themes related to the impacts of urbanisation and cultural transmission. The data was organised into relevant themes using thematic coding. The study was based on the Push and Pull Factors Theory, which elucidates the motivations for rural-to-urban migration within the framework of urbanisation. The key findings revealed that urbanisation has transformed social structures, housing arrangements, and communication styles. Elders play a crucial role in preserving and transmitting traditional knowledge. The study recommended developing strategies to facilitate the sharing of cultural knowledge in urban areas, emphasising the importance of cultural preservation and its impact on the transmission of cultural practices. The study concluded that preserving traditional indigenous knowledge techniques is crucial, as it helps individuals maintain a connection to their roots and future paths, thereby preserving their sense of identity.
