The study aims to determine the effect of educational attainment, length of work experience on self-efficacy and also to determine the difference of self-efficacy of employees based on the educational attainment and the length of work experience. To support the theories of the study, literature was reviewed. The study used a descriptive correlational research design and the questionnaires were used to gather the data. The population of the study was all employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The Multilinear regression analysis was used to determine the correlation and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine the difference of self-efficacy among employees based on educational attainment and the length of work experience. The study found that the self-efficacy of employees was high and there is a correlation between educational attainment and self-efficacy and the length of work experience and self-efficacy. It is also found that there is a significant difference in self-efficacy among employees based on educational attainment and the length of work experience. Thus, based on the findings, then the hypotheses of the study are accepted.
This study aims to develop and test a holistic model that depicts and examines the relationships among job autonomy, its drivers, as well as autonomous motivation and influence employee engagement. This research is among the first works to deal with such a complex framework that considers the interrelationships among numerous constructs and their effects on employee engagement. A questionnaire was designed to measure the influence of Job autonomy and its drivers on employee engagement while taking into consideration the impact of turbulent times and organizational commitment on these relationships. Data collected from a sample of 317 respondents working in Ethiopian commercial banks were used to test the proposed relationships. The relationships were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using the Smart PLS 3 software and SPSS version 26. PLS is a well-established technique for estimating path coefficients in structural models and has been widely used in a number of research studies. The proposed model proved to be fit. The findings of this study suggest that creating job autonomy and assuring autonomous motivation, may help companies gain employee engagement and enhance their performance. The adoption and implementation of such activities are driven by method, criteria, and scheduling autonomy. The successful implementation of these practices requires considering the level of turbulent environment and organizational tenure. The hypotheses were supported, and implications were discussed
The present study investigates the follower's voice behavior (FVB) as a mediator and follower power distance orientation (FPDO) as a moderator in relationship with Benevolent Paternalistic Leadership Behavior (BPLB) and followers' radical creativity (FRC) with an Asian context based on the social exchange and social learning theory. The study is quantitative and deductive, which surveyed 272 manufacturing industry leaders-followers used to collect the data. Findings show that BPLB with higher follower’s voice behavior directly or indirectly enhances the FRC. When the leader-follower collaborative exchange or interactions are high/low, followers' responsibility and accountability are also high/low, which determines follower’s radical creativity. In contrast, the leader-follower relationship is obfuscated and blinded when the leader's subordinates' cooperative voice engagement or involvement is low congruously. Manufacturing industries should engage in leadership training that can promote creativity and innovation. Although considering the limitation and the study provides the theoretical, managerial, and practical implication for the managers, policymakers, governmental authority, and society

The population of this study are permanent and contract employees of Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta, with the number of 148 people. From a total of 148 employees from management to subordinates, 108 employees of Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta become the research sample. The data analysis used in this study is path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that: (1) Job insecurity negatively and significantly influences job satisfaction of employees in Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta; (2) Person-job fit positively and significantly influences job satisfaction of employees in Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta; (3) Job satisfaction negatively and significantly influences turnover intention of employees in Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta; (4) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention of employees in Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta; and (5) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between person-job fit and turnover intention of employees in Pamella 6 and 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta.

There has been an increased recognition that more attention needs to be paid to authentic leadership as it emphasizes positive psychological behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior is crucial in the public service, and there should be friendly leadership behavior that could enable public employees to engage in helping behavior. Research in this area is of great interest and with a very active research community. The problem has recently attracted more attention due to the increasing mismanagement, scandal, and corruption in various public organizations that have contributed to the demand for authentic leadership. Although public organizations were trying to introduce various leadership styles that can enhance service delivery, what and how leadership behavior contributes to employees' Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) in public service is not well elaborated. The respondents were leaders from 10 public service organizations. Empirical evidence revealed that leaders' authentic leadership behavior impacted employees' organizational citizenship behavior through self-awareness, sharing information, ethical practices, good relation with subordinates, mutual understanding, and transparency. The innovative results of the study revealed that political, cultural, and social aspects influence the leadership behavior of leaders in public service. This study concluded that authentic leaders play a great role in creating a positive relationship and promoting employees' citizenship behaviors. The implications and future research of the results were discussed based on the influence of authentic leadership on employees' OCB.
