2026 is year to date. Crossref and OpenAlex lifetime charts share a citation scale. Unknown observations appear as gaps; known zero stays zero. Annual receipts use available OpenAlex histories and may not sum to lifetime totals. 0 undated publications excluded from publication-year charts.
Crossref citation coverage: 2 / 2 publications (100.0%). Latest observation: 21 Oct 2026, 07:22 UTC. Means and percentages use records with known counts.
DOI-matched OpenAlex observations for the same selected publications. These counts are separate from Crossref and are never added together.
Observation range: 22 Oct 2026 01:50 UTC — 22 Oct 2026 03:35 UTC. Missing matches are not zero citations. Previous observations may remain if a refresh fails or a DOI no longer matches.
OpenAlex affiliations and primary-topic classification. Each publication counts once per institution or country; multi-affiliated publications appear in multiple groups, so percentages can sum above 100%. Countries describe author affiliations, not nationality. Topics use one primary topic per publication.

The research uses objects in the construction industry, which have characteristics: intense competition between players, innovation must be created in a short time and is a form of project-based organization. This study uses a unit of analysis of the dyadic relationship between the general manager as the leader and the project manager as a follower, the research sample is in the form of 121 projects scattered throughout the country, while the research object is an SOE construction company in Indonesia. The participation rate was 97.52 percent, namely 118 projects, while the analysis used descriptive statistics and correlation methods. The results showed that the KEC variable was correlated with the LMX variable, especially with the Influence Dimension of 0.789 and the Dimension of Professional Rewards 0.700. Therefore, KEC can be represented by LMX's perception of followers.
The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze Self-Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior against Knowledge Sharing mediated by Abusive Supervision. The research was conducted in securities companies that are members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange located in Central Java and Yogyakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents, using quantitative methods. The data collection technique by using a questionnaire that is distributed via a google form. Statistical techniques use SEM (structural Equation Modeling) with the help of SMART PLS software. The research results found ; (i) there is a significant negative influence between Self-Efficacy on Abusive Supervision, (ii) there is a significant negative effect between Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Abusive Supervision, (iii) there is a negative and significant influence between Abusive Supervision on Knowledge Sharing, (iv) there is a positive and significant influence between Self-Efficacy on Knowledge Sharing through Abusive Supervision, (vi) there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Knowledge Sharing through Abusive Supervision of employees of securities companies members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange located in Central Java and DIY.
