2026 is incomplete. Within a successfully fetched ten-year window, omitted years mean zero. Years beyond a saved observation’s window remain unknown (—). Older citations are excluded, so this chart’s sum may differ from the OpenAlex lifetime total. The date above belongs to this annual history; an unsuccessful refresh keeps the previous observation.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of job stress and job boredom on employee performance mediated by cyberloafing behavior in employees of the X Regency Labor Office in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 90 X Regency Labor Office employees. This study uses the SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis tool with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study explain that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between job stress on cyberloafing behavior, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between job boredom on cyberloafing behavior, (3) there is a negative and significant influence between cyberloafing behavior on employee performance, (4) there is a significant influence between cyberloafing behavior mediating stress on employee performance, and (5) there is no significant influence between cyberloafing behavior mediating job boredom on employee performance.
