In today’s technology and digital era, the main problem that can impact the life sector is the aspect of Human Resources with the expertise and competence of an employee. Organizational goals will be achieved, however, with advances in information technology, activities carried out by humans can be completed efficiently and effectively to obtain optimal results. This study aims to determine employees' service performance by linking several variables including digital competence, work-life balance, work stress, and emotional intelligence. This study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool and the number of samples was 190 respondents. The study results show that digital competence has no effect on service performance but positively impacts work-life balance and stress. Moreover, emotional intelligence does not moderate the relationship between digital competence and work life balance on service performance but moderates the relationship between work stress and service performance. This research was conducted to determine the performance of employee services and the employees of PT. X were the object of analysis.

The environmental damage that has occurred so far has sparked concern and concern for the global community. The problem of environmental damage has also received the attention of the wider community, especially Indonesian consumers, starting from air pollution, water pollution, and most phenomenal is the problem of waste pollution. This paper aims to investigate the effects of consumer buying behavior on green products in Indonesia by linking several variables, including prosocial attitudes, green consumption values, and green communication. We conducted questionnaires and obtained data from 220 respondents, which were processed using PLS-SEM. We employed a hybrid analytics method, namely descriptive and statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3. This study shows that (i) prosocial attitudes significantly had a positive effect on green consumption value, (ii) green consumption value significantly had a positive effect on green communication, and (iii) green consumption value significantly had a positive effect on purchasing behavior. Finally, (iv) green communication positively affected purchasing behavior. Lastly, this study provides practical insights into identifying innovation opportunities for green products. Understanding consumer preferences and behavior toward green products enable managers to make effective and competitive marketing and branding decisions.
This study aims to define the effect of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing; this study also seeks to analyze the mediating role of self-efficacy and trust in leaders in the connection between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing. This quantitative study used a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique to collect data. Questionnaire measurement uses a Likert scale from 1 – 5, distributed with the help of jakpat.net as a media survey. Respondents in this study were staff-level hotel employees throughout Indonesia, with a total of 143 respondents. Data were analyzed and processed by the PLS-SEM method and path analysis. The bootstrapping method is used to test the hypothesis. This study indicates that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on trust in leaders. Then self-efficacy and faith in a leader positively and significantly impact knowledge sharing. It has also been confirmed that there is a mediating role of self-efficacy and trust in the leader in the indirect relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing.
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of social media communications created by companies (Firm-created Communication – FCC) and users (User-generated Communication – UGC) on the user's perspective on brand equity and brand attitudes that have an impact on the purchase intention of Samsung products. The population of this study is users who do not use Samsung products to describe their interest in buying Samsung products. The object of this research is social media communications made by companies and users about Samsung products. The research sample consisted of 218 respondents who were not Samsung users and who at the time of the study were domiciled in Java or outside Java. The research data were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (AMOS v 23). Based on the research results, it is known that social media communications made by companies positively influence brand attitudes. User-generated social media communications positively influence brand equity and brand attitudes. Brand attitude positively affects brand equity. Brand equity and brand attitude positively influence purchase intention. However, social media communications made by the company have no effect on brand equity. This study reveals that communication made by users has more influence on purchase intention through brand equity and attitudes. Where equity and brand attitude are important in buying interest in a product.
This study primarily investigates microfinance practices for sustainable community welfare. Microcredit aims to provide credit to poor people to help empower communities and reduce poverty. Community empowerment strategies can be carried out by increasing the productivity of poor communities to increase their income. A basic approach that emphasizes that the poor move from their current situation to a better position by empowering MSMEs through the distribution of microcredit by micro-financial institutions. Changes that will result in sustainable prosperity, decreasing inequality between regions, and reducing community income gaps. This research will use a qualitative approach using the case study method, which does not use statistical generalizations but uses logical and replicative generalizations. This research uses multiple cases with varying characteristics as research informants. Two microfinance institutions and ten cases of MSMEs will be selected in this research. The study was conducted at Sharia Microfinance Institutions as providers of microcredit and MSMEs receiving microcredit in the Southern region of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Bantul. This district was chosen because Bantul has the highest poverty rate. This condition is the focus of attention for maximum treatment. This research will use three data collection methods: interview, observation, and documentation, to maintain the data's validity and reliability. Data triangulation was used to test the validity of the data. The data analysis process in this research uses two stages: descriptive analysis and within-case analysis. The research results found that microfinance practices carried out through Sharia Microfinance Institutions (SMFI), apart from focusing on providing accessible financing facilities, have also provided direction in developing MSMEs and taking action towards community welfare. SMFI regularly provides business development training to MSMEs

The multiple roles individuals face, especially in modern families, often lead to role conflicts that can affect individual satisfaction and well-being. Role conflicts can arise between work, family, and school roles, resulting in high work stress. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and work-school conflict on turnover intention and the role of work stress as a mediating variable in the relationship. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students who worked and had multiple roles as parents. The results showed that role conflict between work-family and work-school positively and significantly influenced the intention to change jobs. In addition, work stress was also found to be a mediating variable mediating the relationship between role conflict and the intention to switch jobs.
The e-commerce industry significantly expanded during a negative economic recession. This is because, during the COVID-19 epidemic, many countries enacted social limitations that caused various economic activities to diminish in many sectors and resulted in layoffs in various businesses because there was no production activity. Through consumer attributes such as impulsive buying tendencies, shopping enjoyment preferences, moods, and personal situations, this study aims to understand the factors contributing to impulsive buying. The SEM statistical method and PLS software were used to test the research model empirically. Sampling with a purpose was chosen. Two hundred legitimate respondents were used as samples to test the assumptions. First, the study found that impulsive buying patterns, moods, and situations all positively influence impulsive purchases. Second, other elements, such spending patterns, are not significant. This demonstrates that customers can enjoy looking up information about the desired goods, but it hasn't yet led customers to make impulsive purchases at online shops.
