The study aims to examine and analyze the role of strategic flexibility on green business performance with eco innovation and green manufacturing as mediating variables. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The object of the study is manufacturing companies in East Java that are registered under the PROPER program. A total of 136 respondents participated in this study. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that strategic flexibility significantly influences green business performance, strategic flexibility has a significant effect on eco innovation, strategic flexibility significantly affects green manufacturing, eco innovation and green manufacturing positively influence green business performance, and eco innovation and green manufacturing partially mediate the effect of strategic flexibility on green business performance. The importance of green business performance lies in its ability to support long-term environmental and economic sustainability through innovation and operational transformation. Companies with greater flexibility are more likely to adopt green practices and respond to dynamic environmental changes effectively. This research makes a theoretical contribution by supporting the Resource-Based View (RBV), which highlights the importance of internal resources and capabilities in achieving sustainability goals. Practically, the study provides insights for companies to strengthen strategic adaptability and promote innovation-driven environmental practices.

This study examines the impact of green perceived value and green perceived risk on repurchase intention mediated by green trust in Adidas green products. This study is explanatory and employs a quantitative methodology. The study's population comprised individuals who purchased Adidas green products. This study employs a purposive sampling technique. The sample size consists of 190 respondents. The data utilized in this study were gathered by questionnaire. The acquired data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. The findings indicated that Green Perceived Value positively enhances repurchase intention and trust. Furthermore, Green Perceived Risk adversely affects repurchase intention and trust, while Green Trust enhances repurchase intention. Green Trust can enhance the relationship between Green Perceived Value and Green Perceived Risk regarding repurchase intention, but its mediation role is partial. This study highlights that to increase repurchase intention, Adidas should focus on high green perceived value through consistent product quality and emphasize its environmental commitment to attract younger consumers. Although green perceived risk is low, Adidas should minimize negative risks and maintain product quality. Additionally, green trust plays a crucial role in strengthening consumer confidence and attracting new customers.

As a country contributing 1.4 tons of plastic waste to the world's waters, Indonesia requires a mature green concept implementation from various stakeholders. However, it is regrettable that no FMCG company has a comprehensive strategy to commit to switching from single-use plastics. This concept enables companies to play in an underutilized niche market. This study fills the knowledge gap by investigating the complex relationship between environmental knowledge, environmental concern, consumer attitudes, and purchase intentions for plastic-bottled beverages. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire distributed to 297 respondents in the East Java. Data were processed using path analysis, revealing that environmental knowledge and concern, as well as consumer attitudes, have a positive and significant relationship with green purchase intention. Environmental knowledge and concern also positively and significantly affect consumer attitudes. Moreover, positive consumer attitudes can reduce the influence of environmental knowledge and concern on purchasing environmentally friendly products. This confirms that positive consumer attitudes towards environmentally friendly products are not the only factor influencing their purchase intentions.

The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was hotel workers, totaling 218 respondents. Research data was obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques with the help of Smart PLS program. The results of this research show that (i) GHRM has a positive and significant effect on Service Innovation Performance, the higher the GHRM, the higher the Service Innovation Performance, and vice versa; (ii) GHRM has a positive and significant effect on Change-Oriented OCB, the higher the GHRM, the higher the Change-Oriented OCB, and vice versa; (iii) Change-Oriented OCB has a positive and significant effect on Service Innovation Performance, the higher the Change-Oriented OCB, the higher the Service Innovation Performance, and vice versa; (iv) Change-Oriented OCB can mediate the indirect influence of GHRM on Service Innovation Performance; (v) Narcissism does not moderate the influence of GHRM on Service Innovation Performance. In general, the conclusion drawn from this research is that the implementation of GHRM practices and the development of Change-Oriented OCB are important in improving the Service Innovation Performance of hotel workers in Yogyakarta.
