The coal industry in Indonesia is a capital-intensive sector characterized by long operating cycles and high dependence on global commodity price fluctuations. These conditions create substantial liquidity needs, making efficient working capital management crucial. This study aims to examine the effect of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) on firm performance in Indonesia’s coal production sub-industry. SCF in this study is measured using the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and its components, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO). Firm performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while the control variables include firm size (SIZE), leverage (LEV), and sales growth (SALEG). The main hypothesis proposes that SCF has a positive effect on firm performance. This research employs secondary data from 19 coal production companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. The analysis is conducted using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) approach, estimated through the Generalized Least Square (XTGLS) method. The results show that SCF has no significant effect on firm performance, while leverage (LEV) and sales growth (SALEG) have a negative and significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 27.06% indicates that the model explains 27.06% of the variation in firm performance. These findings suggest that SCF efficiency in the coal industry does not directly enhance profitability, likely due to the long cash conversion cycle and high capital requirements inherent in this sector.

This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach method. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with the proportionate stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 395 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tools. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of generation Z. Lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on the financial behavior of generation Z. Financial literacy and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of generation Z in Sawahan District, Surabaya City. The results of this study suggest that generation Z must have qualified financial literacy and have a healthy lifestyle in order to form good financial management so that generation Z has an awareness of the importance of doing good financial planning as early as possible to achieve financial well-being.

This study examines the influence of SME performance, knowledge sharing, work motivation, and the work ethic of SME proprietors. This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in East Java. The study population comprised 293 proprietors of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) employing between 3 and 10 individuals. The participants in the study were owners of small and medium enterprises situated across East Java. Data collection for each variable was performed using questionnaires. Data analysis methodologies utilize descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis techniques, such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results demonstrated that the mediating effect of work ethics on the relationship between work motivation and company performance was insignificant. The mediating effect of work ethics on the relationship between work motivation and knowledge sharing was substantial. The correlation between work motivation, work ethics, and knowledge sharing was positive and significant; however, the influence of motivation on company performance was not significant. The motivation of employees negatively affects the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in East Java. This study offers guidance to managers of small and medium enterprises on implementing work ethics to enhance employee motivation, performance, and knowledge sharing.

This study aims to explore the mediating role of job satisfaction in the influence of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A total of 110 respondents were involved in this study. In collecting data, researchers distributed questionnaires to nurses at the regional general hospital, Tulungangung, East Java, Indonesia. The collected data were then analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) method. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and OCB, job satisfaction and OCB. However, not as we expected, transactional leadership did not show a significant improvement in nurses’ OCB. Furthermore, both transformational leadership and transactional leadership are able to act as strong predictors of job satisfaction. Finally, we hypothesized that job satisfaction may mediate the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on OCB.
