Cooperatives are still one of the many solutions offered from the concept of populist economy which was initiated since the time of independence. However, after several years of cooperative existence there are still many cases that have not been successfully handled by the government related to cooperatives that are fraudulent and act criminally against their members. This has made people's trust in cooperatives begin to decline. This study aims to determine the factors that can increase interest in joining members, namely interpersonal skills, organizational image and religiosity. The research method used was structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) using the Smartpls version 3 application. The results showed that interpersonal skills and organizational image had a significant positive effect on religiosity and intention to join. Furthermore, religiosity mediates the influence between the two independent variables.

The purpose of the study is to prove that social media has an effect on the behavior of millennial investors mediated by financial risk tolerance. The data collected through the questionnaire was processed and tested for the validity and reliability of the construct. This study uses Structure Equational Modelling (SEM) and passes the criteria for model fit and quality indices to determine the strength of the structural model of the study before testing the hypothesis. This study found that social media and financial risk tolerance variables directly affect investor behavior, social media affects financial risk tolerance and is able to mediate social media relations with investor behavior. The mediating effect of risk tolerance is very strong on social media relations as a provider of market information with investor’s stock trading behavior, both buying and selling. The aspect of relevance becomes an indicator of the success of vocational education. In order for vocational school graduates to be able to compete in the era of technological disruption, Vocational Schools are required to be able to produce graduates who have the alignment of competencies possessed by each graduate with the competencies needed in the world of work. To achieve the relevance of vocational education, the development of an integrated solution model for the preparation of vocational education graduates needs to be based on the need for ICT-assisted career services. In this study, survey design was used to examine the mapping of student/graduate needs, career service managers, and graduate users and development design to design an integrated solution model for the preparation of vocational education graduates. The results of mapping the needs of students/graduates, career service managers, and users are used as the basis for developing an integrated solution model for preparing vocational education graduates. It is hoped that this model can be used to optimize career services for students and vocational school graduates in Indonesia in the era of technological disruption.
