The sampling technique is conducted by purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the statistical technique uses AMOS 21. The results show that (1) WLBIP has an effect on OCBIP, (2) WLBIP has no effect on service performance, (3) OCBIP has an effect on service performance, and (4) OCBIP is able to mediate the effect of WLBIP on service performance.

The population in this study is the Shopee marketplace users in Yogyakarta. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the answers of 190 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study conclude that: (i) Flash sale has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision; I(i) Product knowledge is able to moderate the effect of a flash sale on purchase decision and has a positive and significant effect.
The optimal implementation of waqf is believed by some literature as a solution to various socio-economic problems of the community. However, the public's interest in waqf is lacking. This study aims to analyze the factors that can increase interest in waqf for the community. The population in this study was the people of Cirebon Regency, Indonesia, and 205 respondents were taken from the population. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with a scale of 1-6. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the structural equation model method with Smart-PLS. The analysis results show that religiosity and attitude affect people's waqf intentions, but perceived behavioral control and subjective norms have no effect. On the other hand, this study found that awareness can affect religiosity and perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, trust is also proven to have an effect on subjective norms and attitudes.
Dynamic capabilities in the supply chain play an essential role in improving an organization's operational performance. This research aims to see the influence of supply chain dynamic capabilities, including collaboration, integration, agility, and responsive capabilities, on the operational performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Sleman, Indonesia. The sample of this study is food and beverage MSMEs located in Sleman, Indonesia, which apply supply chain management capabilities such as collaboration, integration, agility, and responsive capabilities. The MSMEs must have been operated for more than three years, starting from 2019, so MSMEs already have a more robust supply chain network. Data from sixty food and beverage MSMEs was collected in 2024 using a set of questionnaires tested for validity using Pearson’s correlation and reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha. Data processing in this research uses SPSS 25 software with an analysis tool, namely multiple regression analysis. This analysis helps prove whether or not there is an influence between two or more independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this research show that collaboration capabilities, integration capabilities, agility capabilities, and responsive capabilities partially have a significant positive effect on operational performance. Increasing collaboration capabilities between MSMEs and internal and external parties must be maintained to improve value from the MSMEs themselves. According to the hypothesis test results, the integration capability variable significantly influences the operational performance of MSMEs in Sleman, Indonesia. The agility capability variable significantly influences the operational performance of MSMEs in Sleman, Indonesia. The responsiveness significantly influences the operational performance of MSMEs in Sleman, Indonesia.
This study investigates the structural impact of greenwashing perceptions on green purchase intentions through the dual mediating mechanisms of green skepticism and green confusion within the local skincare brand context in Indonesia. Grounded in the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework, a quantitative research design was executed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on a purposive sample of 105 Generation Z consumers in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The findings demonstrate that greenwashing perceptions directly suppress green purchase intention (β=−0.460,p=0.014) while significantly driving both green skepticism (β=0.660,p=0.005) and green confusion (β=0.741,p<0.001). Furthermore, green skepticism (β=−0.244,p<0.001) and green confusion (β=−0.252,p<0.001) exert negative effects on green purchase intention. Specific indirect effect testing confirms that both green skepticism (VAF=25.9%) and green confusion (VAF=28.9%) function as partial complementary mediators. This study advances sustainable business ecosystem strategy by illustrating how deceptive environmental communications trigger parallel psychological barriers that diminish consumer engagement. Managerial recommendations prioritize transparent sustainability disclosures, verifiable third-party eco-certifications, and educational branding to build long-term stakeholder trust.
This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the Independent Village Development Strategy by optimizing village potential to improve the economy and community welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative research approach to obtain and explore deeper information in order to formulate a strategy for developing an Independent Village. This strategy focuses on optimizing village potential using the SWOT analysis tool. The data analysis method includes the use of the EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM. These matrices consist of three stages: the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision stage. The empirical findings show that the Village Cultural Heritage has a distinctive characteristic in the form of a wealth of cultural heritage. The evaluation of internal factors and the evaluation of external factors show that the village has responded well to the challenges and opportunities presented by the village. The results of the analysis show that collaboration between the government, universities, and local organizations aims to develop community-based Human Resource Development and Community Service. This includes local community activities, research projects, innovation festivals, and CSR programs involving MSME actors.

Placement and work facilities are the two main pillars in determining employee performance, but research that discusses both is still rare. This research aims to explore the role of work facilities in moderating employee placement on employee performance. This research involved 83 respondents from various fields of work at PT X with the aim of understanding how work placement and facilities influence employee performance. Samples were selected proportionally from various company divisions using probability sampling techniques. The research results show that work placement has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work facilities were also proven to have a positive and significant effect on performance. However, the hypothesis regarding the role of work facilities as a moderator of the effect of placement on performance was not proven (P value: 0.200). This means that work facilities at PT X do not significantly strengthen or weaken the relationship between placement and employee performance. Practically, these findings can serve as a guide to better understand the factors that influence employee performance and design more effective human resource management strategies.
