The pandemic caused by the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus had a significant impact on the nursing profession. It is known that nurses are one of the professions that are required to be ready to work, even to be at the forefront. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the factors related to the performance of nurses, with the pandemic not causing the performance of nurses to decrease. This study aims to analyze the effect of meaningful work and work engagement on work performance, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study using primary data from distributing questionnaires to 326 nurses on duty at hospitals that are referrals for patients exposed to Covid-19, in Malang Raya, East Java, Indonesia. Furthermore, the data in this study were analyzed using the regression method with Minitab software. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously meaningful work and work engagement affect the work performance of nurses.
Precise and clear Business Process Modeling (BPM) can be used to implement the all of processes according to the user’s needs. On the other hand, cloud computing has become a solution for data storage and more effective and efficient computing processes. State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema) is one of the vocational higher education Institutions in Indonesia that requires business process modeling to facilitate an integrated understanding of process flow. This study aims to describe the business processes of the financial realization system and the structure of cloud computing that can be used. This research used Bizagi for designing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in modeling business processes of financial system realization. This paper describes the business model of the financial realization system at Polinema. This study proposes the use of an Infrastructure as a Service IaaS-based cloud computing service model using a hybrid cloud approach to support the work of the system.
The aim of this study in general is to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on intention to use. The subject of this study is the account officer of the big data user of a state-owned company in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Specifically, this research has the purpose of finding out both the simultaneous and partial influence of perceived use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on the intention to use the big data of State-Owned Bank customers. This study is a survey employing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The samples of the subjects used were 95 account officers of a state-owned bank in East Java who used customer big data. The analysis conducted in this study included multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing for both simultaneous and partial The result of the F testing indicates that collectively, the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk variables have a simultaneous and positive influence on the intention to use the customer's big data. However, based on the T-test, it was observed that perceived usefulness is the only variable that has a partial influence on the intention to use the big data of the customers. While the other two variables, perceived ease of use and perceived risk, were found to have no significant influence on the intention to use the bank’s customers' big data.
An archivist is in charge of document management, from creation to disposal. This task can be done well if someone has good competence in managing archives. This research was conducted quantitatively by sending questionnaires to archivists who worked in public higher education institutions in Indonesia. Data collection used a questionnaire, then confirmatory factor analysis and regression were used for data analysis. In this study, spiritual intelligence was added as a moderator to provide another color from previous research. What's more, spiritual intelligence is a soft skill needed by all types of work, including archivists. This study proves that spiritual intelligence as a moderator can support the relationship between competence and archivist performance. The presence of spiritual intelligence strengthens the relationship of competence to the performance of an archivist. Spiritual intelligence as a soft skill has a positive effect on an archivist in completing daily work.
Networking capability is used as a supporting variable in SMEs' internationalization efforts. This is because SMEs find it difficult if they are alone to face increasingly fierce competition and are also faced with uncertain economic conditions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with SMEs owners as respondents. A total of 185 respondents are SMEs owners in the East Java region of Indonesia. Simple linear regression analysis is used, to measure validity, and reliability, followed by hypothesis testing. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between networking capability and internationalization. SMEs should be able to establish good and profitable cooperation with the government, suppliers, capital owners, and the community to reduce their limitations.
