This research explores conservation practices at Borobudur, one of Indonesia's prominent heritage sites, and comprehends collaborative conservation strategies that preserve cultural heritage amidst rising tourist pressures. We employ a qualitative approach that incorporates narrative methods, in-depth interviews, triangulation, and observation. Furthermore, we used a thematic examination to achieve a deeper understanding of the data. The findings emphasize the necessity for mutual understanding and collaboration among stakeholders. The study highlights the challenges faced by disadvantaged groups, tour operator firms, pilgrim tourist services, and Taman Wisata Candi (TWC), which have the authority to provide service. So, BKB, the responsible institution, has to encourage parties to collaborate on actions respectively. This study contributes to tourism service theory by offering strategic guidance to mitigate the adverse effects of conservation policies on stakeholders. It underscores the importance of collaborative efforts and tailored strategies.

This research aims to determine the influence of firm size, profitability, leverage, and board size on Islamic social responsibility. The population in this research are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020–2022. In this research, we will see the simultaneous and partial influence and the dominant variables using data analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing using the F test and t-test, and the classical assumption test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: Simultaneously, firm size, profitability, leverage, and board size influence Islamic social responsibility. Partially, it can be seen that not all variables have a significant effect on Islamic social responsibility. Firm size and leverage influence Islamic social responsibility, while profitability and board size have no influence.

This exploration aims to test and dissect factors that impact bank fiscal performance and their impact on shareholder tips. The variables used are E-Banking, credit handed as an independent variable, and ROE as a dependent variable. This exploration also looks at the influence of ROE on shareholder tips proxied by the DPR. This exploration was conducted in all BPDs in Sumatra, there are 8 BPDs registered with the OJK during the 2019 – 2022 period. The exploration system used was descriptive exploration with a quantitative exploration approach. Data recycling analysis uses multiple and simple retrogression analyses. The exploration results show that E-Banking and the credit handed have a significant influence on ROE, both concertedly and collectively. Meanwhile, fiscal performance (ROE) also influences shareholder tips (DPR).

This research aims to analyze the effect of village apparatus competence and organizational commitment on village fund management accountability. In addition, researchers also examine the application of the village financial system (SISKEUDES) as an intervening variable. The population in this study were village officials in Kumpeh Ulu and Muaro Jambi sub-districts. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method, the number of samples is 145 data observations. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result of the research is that the competence of the village apparatus does not affect the accountability of village fund management. Organizational commitment and the implementation of SISKEUDES have a significant positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. The implementation of SISKEUDES can mediate the relationship between the competence of village officials and organizational commitment to the accountability of village fund management.

This research aims to determine the strategy for improving regional financial performance that impacts the macro-economy of regencies/cities in Jambi province. To analyze the research objectives was used a SWOT analysis mode. A secondary data analysis research method is used to obtain the data and information needed by the analytical model, which was equipped with an observation method. The results of this study conclude that the strategy for improving regional financial performance must be based on increasing regional revenue and regional expenditures through increasing regional economic growth, especially in the sub-sector and non-oil and gas sectors. The results of the study suggest increasing regional revenue and spending related to regional economic activities, increasing the acquisition of transfer funds from the central government (APBN), and increasing regional labor productivity so that it impacts the regional economy.

The population includes 106,038 MSMEs owners or employees in the Riau Islands Province while a total of 398 were selected as the subjects. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on the variance which involves the Partial Least Square (PLS) data processing in SmartPLS Ver.3.0 software. The results showed that the level of governance, motivation, innovative behavior, and competitiveness in MSMEs can affect their level of performance. It was also discovered that competitiveness has a mediation role concerning the influence of corporate governance, motivation, and innovative behavior on performance. This study aims to explain the behavior of tourist destinations communities toward the Smart Rural Tourism Information System (SRTIS). It reveals through their intentional behavior where the technological environment mediates the relation with their behavior to deliver the information. For this reason, we surveyed selected tourism destinations, where the respondent represented by various community groups. The approach used Planned Behavior Theory to explain behavioral intention. Using the PLS application, we found that the technological environment affects the behavioral intention to convey tourist information. Furthermore, the intention to convey affects conveying information in SRTIS. The research results showed that various tourist destination communities are ready to share information in each destination. The technology environment supports it, communities' cellular phone usage, as a mediation. So, encouraging communities to provide information in the system built will keep the destination sustainable. Hence, we suggest that the local government empower communities to consider more tourism resources and promote them.

Business competition in the era of globalization is increasingly dynamic and complex, especially in the video-on-demand entertainment industry. The increasing number of competitors nowadays makes the company look for strategies to capture and maintain market share. Likewise, it is also easy to find information with increasingly sophisticated internet technology. VOD companies are very active in marketing their products through social media. With so many VOD brands, the researcher wanted to see brand image, e-WOM, and the intention of registration for potential consumers. The first is to find out how the effect of the brand image on the intention of registration. Second, to find out how e-WOM influences register intent. Third, to determine the impact of brand image and e-WOM on the intention of registration —the model tests in major cities in Indonesia with online questionnaire survey techniques. Then use PLS analysis with quantitative methods. The result shows that brand image affects the intention of registration, e-WOM affects the intention of registration and brand image, and e-WOM together strongly affects the customers’ intention of registration.
