This study highlights that developments in Artificial Neural Networks, Image Processing, Multi-Purpose Decision-Making, Blurred Linguistic Variables, and automated systems increase the performance of the supply chain management system and boost business performance. It is also shown that the evolving role of the automated system requires capital investments on Research and Development efforts
The term high-tech, covering the high-tech industry and the information-intensive service sector, is based on advanced scientific and technological expertise that requires science, technology, and innovation (STI), and is based on Research & Development expenditure. Sectoral, product and patent approaches are used for classification by OECD and European Union. Literature review on high-tech show that countries focusing on Research and Development Expenditures and new patents have succeeded in increasing their high-tech exports as well. Turkey is one of the countries where the levels of high-tech export is not at the desired levels yet therefore the government must give incentives for Research and Development expenditures and new patents for innovation, as high-tech export affects GDP growth positively.
The purpose of this study is to determine major indicators of the Greek crisis that started in 2009 and the effects of which can still be observed. In this regard, 8 independent variables were applied so as to fulfill the objective. Besides, the annual data between the years 1984 and 2016 was analyzed with Probit model. As a consequence of this study, it was concluded that inflation and gross savings are the leading meters of Greek crisis based on probit method. On the other hand, according to the MARS results, 3 different variables are identified as the indicators of the debt crisis in Greece. It is concluded that there is a negative relation between financial crisis with saving ratio and current account balance. Additionally, it is also identified that high unemployment ratio leads to financial crisis. While comparisng the results of these two approaches, it is concluded that MARS is much more successful than the probit method to predict the debt crisis in Greece. It is strongly recommended that saving ratio should be increased in Greece. For this purpose, governments should take some actions in order to increase this ratio more than 15.5%. Within this framework, media channels can be used by the government to tell the people about the importance of the savings to have sustainable economic development.
We measure the level of financial literacy in Turkey using the OECD/International Network on Financial Education (INFE) methodology and compare our results with the ones obtained in 14 other countries that has used the same methodology. In our sample, financial knowledge and financial behavior levels are lower than the average of the 14 countries, whereas financial attitude level is around the average. The overall financial literacy score, which is a combination of the three aforementioned aspects, is also lower than the average of the 14 countries. We find that financial behavior is positively related with financial knowledge, female respondents are lagging behind the male respondents in financial literacy, and this lag is bigger than those in the 14 countries. Very young respondents and old respondents are less financially literate, financial literacy score is positively related with income, education, and income stability.

On the other hand, to provide a qualified and efficient healthcare service, it is necessary but difficult to manage this versatile chain effectively. The current study aims to provide an overview of supply chain management of Turkish health sector in terms of theoretical and practical aspects. Firstly, the study examines healthcare supply chain management and its components. The following sections discuss drug and medical device manufacturers, wholesale distributors and retailers in the Turkish health sector supply chain. Finally, the problems encountered in the health sector supply chain applications and their possible solutions are discussed. Therefore by providing a better understanding of the supply chain management applications in the healthcare sector, it is intended to provide guidance to both managers and researchers for their future work.

The expansion of social media platforms, the increase in data production devices and the evaluation and interpretation of the data produced by developing technology become crucial. Previous studies in the big data area have addressed the issue in limited contexts, and there are few studies in the field of marketing with a bibliometric approach. This study, which aims to examine how big data concept is evaluated in marketing literature, examines the publications on big data in indexed marketing journals using bibliometric methodology. This study starts with descriptive statistical information and then includes the top published journals, authors and corresponding author’s countries statistics. This study also includes most influential studies for big data concept in marketing literature, employs spectroscopy for detecting historical roots of studies and finally plots growth progress of keywords for predicting, future themes. This study contributes to current literature by providing a summarizing and instructive content for researchers interested in big data in marketing.
Expressing the digitalization of industry in today's world which is rapidly developing day by day, Industry 4.0 is accepted as the most important technology revolution of our time. This shows that a new era in production has started and the industry has been digitized. In order to adapt to this change, companies should actively follow the innovations and shape the organizational structure accordingly. However, if this is the case, we can respond to the expectations of the current period. That is why it is necessary to activate Industry 4.0 after learning all aspects of it and to develop marketing strategies that can adapt to this digital age. In today's competitive environment, it is inevitable to act integrated into this new situation. This study aims to show the importance of environmental costs, and the role of these costs to improve the quality of financial reporting in Libyan oil companies and offering the suggestions to develop it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire contains (35) questions, distributed to (100) of the officials of the financial departments, auditing, and costs and the parties concerned with the preparation of financial reports, collected and used in the analysis, a one-sample T-test was used. It seems to the researchers that there was the presence of environmental awareness and the company's strategy towards environmental issues, the study also showed there are obstacles that limit the application of measurement and disclosure of environmental costs. Moreover, it seems to the researchers that the measurement models for environmental costs increase the company's commitment to environmental responsibilities. The results of the study also showed the presence of a statistically significant relationship between environmental costs and the increase in the quality of the financial reports. Finally, there was a statistically significant relationship between environmental costs and decision making. The study suggested some recommendations to develop the application of accounting for environmental costs and disclosure to provide appropriate information to rationalize and take decisions in the oil companies in Libya, as well as the need for companies to protect the environment and provide funding and support to preserve the environment.
