This paper aims to examine the effect of financial stress on financial well-being with the mediation of financial health. This article also aims to see the influence of each variable, especially the importance of financial health. We use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis (SEM-PLS) method. The data sample is 230 young adults aged 25-30 years who live in Blitar City and Regency. The main findings of this research show that (i) there is a significant negative effect of financial stress on financial well-being, (ii) financial health has a positive effect on financial well-being, and finally, (iii) financial health mediates between financial stress and financial well-being. Financial health not only has a direct effect on financial well-being but also partially mediates financial stress. Young adults are expected to be able to manage their financial stress in everyday life. This aims to improve the individual's financial health, which will automatically improve the individual's financial well-being. It is hoped that future research can add new variables to influence financial well-being.

This study aims to explain the practice of fraud prevention by internal auditors of the local government of Malang City. The research method used is critical ethnomethodology in the local government environment of Malang City. Seven informants served as key informants. The results showed that the internal auditors of the local government of Malang City have not been able to carry out their role optimally, due to the weak legitimacy of internal auditors, community involvement in fraud prevention programs, and partial fraud prevention activities. As a result, the research findings provide an overview of the regional inspectorate's institutional integration with elements authorized to handle fraud cases, such as BPKP and BPK. The findings of this study suggest that the Malang City Inspectorate should gain legitimacy through regulations, government support, and effective and efficient consultation to identify and prevent fraud.

The impact of globalization quickly and dynamically requires development and change in the environment. This is inseparable from public organizations that face various challenges and obstacles to be more responsive to the needs of citizens. However, the performance of human resources from public organizations is now also always in the public spotlight where in practice in Indonesia it is still not good enough. Empirical studies or research have been conducted to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and psychological contract on employee performance. This study attempts to remedy the existing knowledge gap and limited literature by including job satisfaction as a mediating variable on employee performance levels in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and psychological contract on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A structured questionnaire with closed-ended questions was used to collect raw data from 241 employees. Descriptive tests and SEM PLS tests were conducted to determine the statistically significant relationship between transformational leadership and psychological contract on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results reflect a statistically significant relationship between transformational leadership and psychological contract to employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study has practical implications for practitioners in the field of human resources, organizational leaders, academics, and government policy makers because they can strategically plan transformational leadership and psychological contract practices and link these practices to employee performance in an organization. The analysis employed quantitative analysis and data collection approaches, namely a questionnaire issued to 127 employees using Google Forms. Performing data analysis utilising the structural partial least squares (SEM-PLS) equation model. The findings indicated that both talent management and work-life balance have a direct and substantial favourable impact on employee performance. This study also discovered that job satisfaction had a role in partially mediating the impact of talent management on employee performance. Job satisfaction somewhat mediates the impact of talent management and work-life balance on employee performance. The objective of this study is to comprehend and define the notion of accounting methods in establishing dowry and pisuke pricing among the residents of Kateng Village, located in the West Praya District of Central Lombok Regency. This study employs ethnomethodology, a research approach that utilizes analytical techniques such as indexicality, reflexivity, contextual action, and the presentation of common-sense knowledge regarding social systems. The research employs an interpretive paradigm as its underlying framework. This study employs original data acquired through interviews and observations. This study suggests that accounting processes for estimating dowry and pisuke prices are conducted using four methods: referencing prices, considering social strata, assessing social position, and evaluating personal qualities. These approaches hold significance as symbols of honor and commitment, self-worth, a representation of family values, and the unification of two families. The determination of dowry and pisuke pricing is associated with traditional accounting theory, the distinction between price setter and price taker, and the presence of bargaining, as observed in a market. The results of this study should be tailored to accommodate the talents of individuals. Put simply, women should thoroughly examine the background and socioeconomic status of their possible spouses.

Although numerous studies have been conducted on the impact of influencers on purchase intention. Researchers are divided into two factions, each yielding distinct outcomes. The initial group of researchers discovered that influencers exert a substantial impact on the desire to make a purchase. Conversely, the second group of researchers discovered that influencers do not have a substantial impact on purchase intention. According to the idea of planned behavior, a person's subjective opinions about their preferences or aversions have an impact on their decision to take action. This study focuses on Instagram users that follow Muslim fashion accounts such as Heaven Lights, Vanilla Hijab, Wearing Klambi, and Heylocal. These accounts identify the research objects as the products they offer. The sample technique employed is non-probability, specifically utilizing a purposive sampling approach. A total of 170 respondents were surveyed. The employed methodology for data collection involves the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) utilizing smartPLS 3.0 software. The findings indicated that influencers did not have a substantial impact on the intention to make a purchase. The factors of attitude towards advertising and brand attitude completely mediate the influence of influencers on purchase intention. These findings corroborate the findings of the research team that concluded that influencers do not have a substantial impact on purchase intention. The findings of this study also demonstrate the crucial significance of the mediating factors' attitude towards advertising and brand attitude in the impact of influencers on purchase intention.

This research is intended to investigate the effect of digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and service innovation on partnership performance. The population in this study is made up of 95 organizations that are partners of the Ministry of Finance in receiving state revenues. The research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach that collects data by distributing questionnaires to 95 managers from different organizations. The data was analyzed using structural equation modelling and partial least squares with SmartPLS software. The results show that digital transformation has an insignificant effect on partnership performance, while the other variables, namely strategic partnership and service innovation, have a significant effect on partnership performance. However, with the mediating variable service innovation, the effect of both digital transformation and strategic partnership becomes significant. The results of this study suggest that organizations must apply digital transformation to service innovation to obtain the desired partnership performance.
