This study aims to explain the effect of product knowledge, brand image, e-WOM on purchase intentions for edtech products in Indonesia. Data were obtained using a closed questionnaire involving 230 respondents, from Indonesians who know about edtech startup products and are between 18 and 35 years old. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and uses the help of the AMOS version 24 program. The results show that 1) product knowledge has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention, 2) product knowledge and brand image have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce WOM, 3) brand image and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. It was also found that e-WOM functions as a mediator variable from the effect of product knowledge and brand image on purchase intention. The effect of the e-WOM mediator is stronger than the direct effect of brand image on purchase intention.

The thing that needs to be considered is the workload of employees which affects work stress and ultimately causes a decrease in employee performance. The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of workload on performance through work stress. Research using quantitative research methods. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and distributed to 110 purchasing employees. SmartPLS 3 is used to process data from research results. The results of the study are that there is a negative effect of workload on performance, there is a positive influence of workload on work stress, there is a negative effect from work stress on employee performance, and there is a negative effect of workload on performance through work stress on purchasing employees. The objective of this study is to comprehend and define the notion of accounting methods in establishing dowry and pisuke pricing among the residents of Kateng Village, located in the West Praya District of Central Lombok Regency. This study employs ethnomethodology, a research approach that utilizes analytical techniques such as indexicality, reflexivity, contextual action, and the presentation of common-sense knowledge regarding social systems. The research employs an interpretive paradigm as its underlying framework. This study employs original data acquired through interviews and observations. This study suggests that accounting processes for estimating dowry and pisuke prices are conducted using four methods: referencing prices, considering social strata, assessing social position, and evaluating personal qualities. These approaches hold significance as symbols of honor and commitment, self-worth, a representation of family values, and the unification of two families. The determination of dowry and pisuke pricing is associated with traditional accounting theory, the distinction between price setter and price taker, and the presence of bargaining, as observed in a market. The results of this study should be tailored to accommodate the talents of individuals. Put simply, women should thoroughly examine the background and socioeconomic status of their possible spouses.
This research aims to analyze the influence of internal control, religiosity and organizational commitment on the performance of amil zakat with accountability as an intervening variable in the Zakat Management Organization in Riau Province. This research is quantitative, so the model used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. The number of samples analyzed in this research was 136 zakat amil, administrators and implementers at Zakat Management Organizations in Riau Province. The results of this research indicate that there is no direct influence between internal control and Amil Zakat's performance. Still, through the accountability variable, internal control has a positive and significant effect on Amil Zakat's performance. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on Amil's performance but does not have a direct effect on accountability. The accountability variable mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and zakat amil performance. Meanwhile, religiosity has no effect on Amil's performance but has a positive and significant effect on the accountability variable. The accountability variable has a direct effect on Amil Zakat's performance variable. The theoretical implication is that internal control, religiosity and organizational commitment should be used as theories and indicators in improving Islamic performance through Islamic accountability which is a concept as well as a process of accountability for every human being before Allah SWT. The managerial implication of this research is to pay attention to indicators that influence the performance of Amil Zakat which can be seen from the accountability process carried out by Amil such as internal control, religiosity and organizational commitment. Every Zakat Management Organization is expected to have a zakat amil who has competence in the fields of management and accounting to improve the performance of Amil Zakat l and increase the trust of Muzakki and the community.
Although numerous studies have been conducted on the impact of influencers on purchase intention. Researchers are divided into two factions, each yielding distinct outcomes. The initial group of researchers discovered that influencers exert a substantial impact on the desire to make a purchase. Conversely, the second group of researchers discovered that influencers do not have a substantial impact on purchase intention. According to the idea of planned behavior, a person's subjective opinions about their preferences or aversions have an impact on their decision to take action. This study focuses on Instagram users that follow Muslim fashion accounts such as Heaven Lights, Vanilla Hijab, Wearing Klambi, and Heylocal. These accounts identify the research objects as the products they offer. The sample technique employed is non-probability, specifically utilizing a purposive sampling approach. A total of 170 respondents were surveyed. The employed methodology for data collection involves the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) utilizing smartPLS 3.0 software. The findings indicated that influencers did not have a substantial impact on the intention to make a purchase. The factors of attitude towards advertising and brand attitude completely mediate the influence of influencers on purchase intention. These findings corroborate the findings of the research team that concluded that influencers do not have a substantial impact on purchase intention. The findings of this study also demonstrate the crucial significance of the mediating factors' attitude towards advertising and brand attitude in the impact of influencers on purchase intention.
