This study aims to analyse the influence of perceived advertising values which include informativeness, entertainment, and irritation on purchase intention through attitudes towards Instagram advertising. This study was conducted on Generation Z who followed Emina's Instagram account in Malang City. Using a quantitative approach, data was obtained through a questionnaire using the purposive sampling method and analyzed using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that informativeness and entertainment had a positive influence on purchase intention, while irritation had no significant effect. In addition, attitudes towards Instagram advertising have been proven to mediate the relationship between the three elements of perceived advertising values and purchase intention. These findings reinforce the importance of creating informative and entertaining Instagram ads, while minimizing irritating elements to increase positive attitudes towards ads and consumer purchase intent. This research makes a theoretical contribution by supporting the theory of Planned Behavior and offers practical insights for marketers in designing advertising strategies on social media.

As a country contributing 1.4 tons of plastic waste to the world's waters, Indonesia requires a mature green concept implementation from various stakeholders. However, it is regrettable that no FMCG company has a comprehensive strategy to commit to switching from single-use plastics. This concept enables companies to play in an underutilized niche market. This study fills the knowledge gap by investigating the complex relationship between environmental knowledge, environmental concern, consumer attitudes, and purchase intentions for plastic-bottled beverages. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire distributed to 297 respondents in the East Java. Data were processed using path analysis, revealing that environmental knowledge and concern, as well as consumer attitudes, have a positive and significant relationship with green purchase intention. Environmental knowledge and concern also positively and significantly affect consumer attitudes. Moreover, positive consumer attitudes can reduce the influence of environmental knowledge and concern on purchasing environmentally friendly products. This confirms that positive consumer attitudes towards environmentally friendly products are not the only factor influencing their purchase intentions.

This study aims to analyze the impact of social and work-related social media usage on job performance, both directly and indirectly, mediated by knowledge sharing and job satisfaction. The research employs a quantitative method, with respondents comprising lecturers from private universities in Malang City, Indonesia. The sample size, determined using Slovin's formula, consists of 351 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the relationships between variables were analyzed using PLS with the SmartPLS application. The hypothesis analysis results indicate that social-related social media usage does not affect knowledge sharing but positively influences job satisfaction and job performance. Work-related social media usage has a significant positive relationship with knowledge sharing, job satisfaction, and job performance. Knowledge sharing cannot mediate the relationship between social-related social media usage and job performance. However, job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between these variables. Knowledge sharing and job satisfaction significantly positively mediate the relationship between work-related social media usage and job performance. The results of this study provide insights for higher education leaders regarding the management of social media in higher education institutions, emphasizing both social and work-related social media usage. Both have different impacts, especially on knowledge sharing. Policies to restrict social-related social media usage during work hours are necessary because informal communication can disrupt concentration during work, communication overload can also occur due to excessive unplanned communication, and echo chambers can result in minority lecturers engaging more in knowledge hiding.

Explorative innovation, which involves the development of new products and the exploration of new markets, was found to have a substantial positive effect on business performance. Conversely, exploitative innovation, which focuses on refining and improving existing products and processes, showed a positive but less pronounced impact. The findings underscore the importance of dynamic capabilities in fostering innovation and improving business performance in a competitive environment. This study offers practical insights for café owners and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage sector, highlighting the need for continuous development of dynamic capabilities and a balanced approach to innovation.
